I have an ipaq 4700 and have just bought an ipaq 212. Both have been
connected to my computer in the last week. Now I can't get Reader to activate
on any of machines - desktop or either pda. Says it has activated OK but when
I try and open a book it tells me I need to activate. Was working OK on
destop and 4700.
Looking at the posts I see that I am supposed to get an OEM file from HP but
I can't find anywhere.

Julie,

Do you by any chance have Vista as your operating system for your PC?

Sorry I should have said that I am running XP pro and I have just installed
Office 2007 (and I think this is when it stopped working).
