No Response to Extra Quota Request

I submitted a request for an extra quota a week ago. To date I have not
received a response. How can I get action on the request?

This need came out of a hard disc upgrade on my main PC that I had already
activiated. I am about to do an upgrade on my laptop that is also currently
activated. Is there a way I can get two quotas?

I had this happen too. I just tried again and it went thru, so someone had
updated the quota for me, but no e-mail notification.

Thanks that was the case. Now I just need to figure out how to get one more
extra quota before I upgrade my laptop.
