Downloading MS Reader

I recently got some .lit books. Found out that MS Reader is the application.

Went to MS web site ... download link doesn't work. Tryed again over the
last 2 weeks or so ... nothing.

Searched for and found this group, and a post on the topic from
December. However, the link (for PC) also doesn't work.

Surely to goodness the program exists somewhere else, given that it is a
free-bee? Any leads? I see by the posting history that this is a fairly
slow group ... I'll check back over time. Thanks.

Is this situation not a stain on Microsoft's good name?

Go here

I just tried both links on the right hand side, and downloaded Reader and
the update. Where were you trying to download from?

I have been sent to the same site through the microsoft pages. Still
doesn't work in FireFox and explorer with the supplied link.

I have no issues with other sites

It's been almost a month since I started attempting to get MS Reader.

Tried again this evening and ... IT WORKED!

(Good to see MS jumps right on top of problems ... can't wait for
Windows 7 ... er ... Vista 2.0)
