Is there a fix for " ... does not support the connected device"

I have a Samsung Blackjack II running Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard

When I try and install Microsoft Reader for Pocket PC (Latest download)
I get the following error.

"Microsoft Reader Doest Not Support The Connected Device Type"

I learned from another forum that this may be a certificate issue (increased
security).
Samsung will not give me support since they blame it on the Microsoft
Reader software.

Does anyone know what is being done about this?
