I just tried to install MS Reader on my Motorola Q with WM6.

I get the following error message

Microsoft Reader does not support the connected device type. Application
Manager will make the application available for installation whe a supported
devcie type is connected.

I suspect this will come up more frequently with the special Verizon is
offering right now. I have quite a few .lit format books so I am quite
anxious to know if and when MS is planning to release a reader for this
platform.

Gadwallakm,

The Motorola Q is a Smartphone device (e.g. has no touchscreen). The Reader
does not currently support the Smartphone class of devices as the navigation
model is different for non-touch based devices. Supporting this device is a
highly requested feature and we know how important this is to our users. We
will give this every consideration during future development efforts.

Sincerely,
Christine - Microsoft Reader Team
